At Ease Digital, we understand that schedules can change. However, due to the nature of our online services and the time invested in preparing for each client, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Online Meetings (Consultations, Strategy Sessions, etc.)

• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled online meeting without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

• Over 24 Hours Notice: If you provide more than 24 hours' notice of cancellation, you are eligible for one (1) reschedule of the meeting. The rescheduled meeting must take place within two weeks of the original scheduled date, subject to availability.

• Within 12 Hours Notice: If you provide notice of cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled meeting, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe (generally one month), the following refund policy will apply:
  
  6-12 hours notice: 50% refund
  Less than 6 hours notice: No refund will be issued, except in cases of documented emergencies.
  
  The decision to allow rescheduling or provide a refund in cases of late cancellation will be made at the discretion of Ease Digital, taking into account the reason for cancellation, the client's history, and our availability.
   

Social Channel Review, Website Review and Marketing Strategies

Due to the significant time and resources dedicated to developing social channel reviews and marketing strategies, including research, analysis, and strategy creation, no refunds will be issued once the service has commenced. If you wish to cancel before the service begins, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule an online meeting, please contact us via email at becchara@easedigital.com.au. Please include your name, the date and time of the scheduled meeting, and the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

Changes to this Policy:

Ease Digital reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
